John Wallis Academy, Ashford Swing Gates Arm Operators, Free Exit Loops, Automation Safety

The John Wallis Academy recently underwent a range of safeguarding upgrades, including fencing, pedestrian and vehicle gates. 3 of the pedestrian gates and 1 vehicle gate required full automation, which was carried out by Perimeter Automation Ltd.

The gates are fully controlled by a Paxton System, which was integrated into the automation equipment for full remote access and control.

All 4 gates are fully fitted with safety edges, finger guards and infrared sensors (photocells) to ensure our gates are safe for the students, and compliant with current UKCA BS-EN12453 and GateSafe guidelines.
