Electric Gates, Automation Safety, Swing Gates – Arm Operators
Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys has recently undergone a range of upgrades, which includes a new secure line around its perimeter. Part of the access plan included supplying, installing and automating 2 pairs of vehicle gates.
As with all of our gate installations, safety is paramount, especially as this is installed on a live school with frequent student movements around the gates. In line with Gate Safe procedures, gates are fitted with safety edges, PIR sensors and warning beacons. The gates have undergone full force testing as part of the handover process.
Additional proximity sensors were added into the road surface to allow for vehicles to exit the site freely.
